Orders leave the studio within 48 hours. US delivery takes 3–6 business days; international 7–14. Every shipment is carbon-neutral and tracked — you'll get a link the moment your parcel is labelled.

Send a photo within 14 days and we'll ship a replacement the same week — no return needed. Stoneware and glass are packed in moulded wool-felt, so damage is rare, but we've made the process painless just in case.

If any Aurelle piece breaks, chips, or wears out — however old it is — our repair studio will fix it free. You cover one-way shipping; we cover the repair and the return. We re-glaze around 300 pieces a year, and most come back looking better than new.

Yes — every order includes a 60-day home trial. Live with the piece for two months, and if it isn't right for your home, return it for a full refund. We'll even arrange the pickup.

Every piece of tableware is glazed with lead-free, food-safe minerals and fired to full stoneware maturity. All our stoneware is dishwasher-safe; we recommend hand-washing the handmade mugs to keep their character for longer.

Every order arrives in a reusable wool-felt wrap with a handwritten note — just tell us what to write at checkout. Gift cards are available in any amount and never expire.
